Dream Kit Drop!

Limitless Ambition continues to reach out to young people in need with our unique Dream Kits. In May 2020, we donated over fifty Dream Kits to teen girls to help with the effects of COVID 19.

The Limitless Ambition Dream Kit project was started in 2018 to provide support tools to girls affected by trauma. This year, the Dream Kits were distributed in teen programs at Jennings Middle School, Castle High School, and North High School, as well as to girls in foster care through CASA and Caring for Kids.

The Dream Kit contains a self-guided workbook (with facilitator guide) built around a custom curriculum designed for young women and themed around passion discovery, goal setting, emotional management, conflict resolution, and self-care. The workbook is included in a duffel bag that also contains a t-shirt, personal hygiene pack, journal, positive affirmation cards, bracelet, and an assessment.

Alicia Robinson, our Founder and Executive Director, stated, “We especially want to continue to support young women who need a boost in the midst of COVID-19.”

The Dream Kit project is supported by donations from community partners including the First Congregational Church Mission of the Month, Leia’ Love Hair & Nail Salon, Dluxe Professional & Creative Styling, EnviroScience, CASA Board Volunteer Association, and the Akron Community Foundation.
