Current Openings

Purposely Chosen Program Facilitator

The Purposely Chosen Teen Enrichment Program is one of the organization’s three
main programming arms. The program is a facilitated curriculum-based program for
teen girls (ages 13-18) that was designed by Limitless Ambition to equip girls with
the tools they need to pursue passion, demonstrate leadership, and overcome
obstacles they may face. We are currently hiring Program Facilitators to facilitate this
program to teen girls.

Position Description

  • Develop and revise program curriculum and format for teen programs and workshops

  • Facilitate Teen Enrichment Programs for program participants

  • Develop and maintain collaborative partnerships with school administrators

  • Oversee all teen engagement platforms (GroupMe, Instagram, etc.)

  • Evaluate effectiveness of programs; Develop and implement strategies to improve programs

  • Serve as a Limitless Ambition Brand Ambassador by exhibiting punctuality, brand integrity, and being a positive role model

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Director

Time Commitment and Expectations

  • Commit to a full Teen Program (Typically is 1 hour a week for 10 weeks)

  • Ability to travel to schools (Limitless Ambition will cover gas costs)

  • Complete a Limitless Ambition Facilitator Training

  • Commit to 2 - 3 Program Planning Sessions and Monthly Check-Ins

  • Complete Background Check (Funded by Limitless Ambition)

Compensation

  • All Program Facilitators will receive a Stipend per School Site

Interior Design Intern

Limitless Ambition is a nonprofit that provides tools to our region’s priceless girls and young women so they can overcome boundaries to their success. Built and led by women, this growing nonprofit preserves and promotes the visions of emerging women who have been discouraged from pursuing their goals. Through creative resources, custom training, and tailored support - the nonprofit helps girls and young women develop their own limitless ambitions. Limitless Ambition became a 501(c)(3) in 2015 and is poised for dramatic growth in 2023 and 2024 as it is set to hire its first full time employees in 2025 and upgrade its physical office space. Over the years, the nonprofit has impacted the lives of over 5,000 young women and girls in Northeast Ohio.

Limitless Ambition is seeking a passionate Interior Design Intern to help us design and furnish our new physical space! Thanks to a generous grant, we now have the capability to make our space our own. 

​

Position Expectations

  • Learn the vision and needs of the physical space.

  • Develop a few design concepts to meet the needs within budget.

  • Pitch design options to stakeholders.

  • Help price, source, and research design elements based on selected design.

  • If possible, help see the design through (ideally completed late summer).

​

Time Commitments

  • 10 - 15 hours per month / can be designed to fit your educational needs if applicable
