Alicia's personal journey exemplifies her resilience and unwavering dedication. Armed with a Master's Degree in Human Development and Family Studies from Kent State University, specializing in positive youth development and nonprofit studies, she dives deep into her passion. Her research focus on African American women, their motivation levels, and the contextual factors influencing their academic success reflects her commitment to driving positive change.

Beyond her role at Limitless Ambition, Alicia extends her influence by serving on several prominent boards. She's a valued member of the United Way of Summit and Medina Board of Directors, the Planned Parenthood Advocates of Ohio Board of Directors, and the Greater Akron Chamber Women's Leadership Council.
